2006 March: Dionysiac Design
launches ArtDirectory.com.au
We were very excited to have finally launched
www.ArtDirectory.com.au,
a brain storm that had been brewing for a couple
of years, until we decided to do something about
it. Being closely associated with many artists,
art groups and organisations, it was the logical
thing to do. To coin the term... if you build
it, they will come... and so we did and they
have done. This is phase 1 of the site with
many more phases on the horizon.
2004 December: Cluster being
innovative at the Gold Coast
The Technology and Innovation Expo (TIE) held
1-3 December, was a state-of-the-art technology
bazaar aiming to provide: > a showcase for
council leading practice. > a place to foster
national technology and innovation exchange
for councils > an incubator and emporium
for enhancing initiatives > an engaging and
exciting experience in Australia's newest convention
centre. Technology continues to change the business
of local government and the well being of it's
citizens. TIE offered opportunities to observe,
challenge and converse with experts and council
practitioners in a relaxed environment. TIE
attracted delegates such as Mayors, Chairs of
Committee, Councillors, CEO's, IT professionals
and managers from 700 councils throughout Australia
and New Zealand. Yes, we were there too.
2004 May: Multi-Media conglomerate
takes their sunshine to CeBIT, Sydney
Sunshine Soup once again promoted Dionysiac Design
alongside fellow Soupers for Queensland at CeBIT
Australia exhibition on 2nd May to 6th May 2004
in the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre
Darling Harbour, Sydney, Australia. CeBIT Australia
is Australia's leading Information & Communications
Technology (ICT) event for the business marketplace
and covers the entire spectrum of technology and
the key elements that make up the ICT products
and services marketplace. This is the only Australian
event where you can explore the full range of
next generation global technologies and solutions.
2004 April: Sunshine
beams on Hong Kong
The Sunshine Soup consortium sent two delegates
to Hong Kong on 13th to the 21st April 2004 to
attend the Hong Kong ICT Expo and have discussions
with various business prospects in both Hong Kong
and Taiwan. Dionysiac Design was promoted alongside
other Sunshine Soup members in these proceedings.
A4 colour brochures for this event were produced
promoting each soup member sponsored by State
Development, Brisbane city council and Sunshine
Soup themselves. Ask us to forward a brochure
to you by emailing [email protected]
2004 March: Hosting
service expansion
We decided to take on another server to enable
us to offer more hosting products. A few of those
products are email responders, a shopping cart
and webmail facilites; offered free with each
hosting package, be it an 'off the shelf' package
or taylored to suit our client's purposes.
2003 November: Hosting
business takeover
Dionysiac Design bought and took over the running
of a small hosting business welcoming aboard ten
more websites, having to move all websites and
email accounts within a very tight deadline period.
Mission accomplished!
2003 August: Dionysiac
Design was there 'at the beginning'
The multi-media cluster 'Sunshine Soup' was formed
in August 2003 with just a handful of interested
parties. We started putting the consortium think
tank together late in the year of 2002. Within
a couple of month's we picked a name being 'Sunshine
Soup' and became an incorporated association.
'Sunshine Soup' basically stands for a mix of
various talents thrown into the one bowl from
the Sunshine State.
The Sunshine Soup multimedia consortium is a
diverse group of Queensland multimedia companies
with the common aim of generating business by
delivering quality and innovative new media products
to existing and emerging markets. The Sunshine
Soup Multimedia Consortium provides seamless,
integrated solutions for clients worldwide. |
